Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shalom Church

Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Shalom Church will be held by way of electronic means on 5 Sep 2020 at 3pm to transact the following business:

As Ordinary Business

  • Resolution 1 : To adopt the Minutes of the Last Annual General Meeting.
  • Resolution 2 : To adopt the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for Financial Year ended on 2019.
  • Resolution 3 : To adopt the Annual Reports for Financial Year ended on 2019.
  • Resolution 4 : To appoint Tan Kia Yew & Co as Auditor for Financial Year 2020.
  • Resolution 5 : To elect church office holders.
