Theme:  God’s Government, Man’s Ministry

‘Our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases.’ Ps. 115.3

What does that actually mean for the Christian minister? Why does it not always feel that way? What difference does it make to the way we view the Lord, ourselves, our work, and our labours? This brief series will look at the relationship of God’s government to man’s ministry, considering what we believe and how we live in relation to the providence of our wise, good, just and mighty God.

Jeremy was converted when he was in his teens. Instead of a formal pastoral training, he understudied several good men before shepherding Maidenbower Baptist Church in 2003 alongside his father, Austin. Jeremy is married to Alissa, with three children.
